We collaborate with physical therapists and sports performance rehabilitation clinics to implement mental performance into a broader development strategy. Turn cleared to play into ready to play.

Sub-Services

  • Total Athlete Return to Sport $575/ athlete

    • We evaluate and address key mental performance factors that can influence an athlete’s rehabilitation and return to sport—including confidence, reinjury anxiety, athletic identity, pain-related fears, stress levels, and overall psychological readiness. Science-backed screenings are integrated at key stages of rehabilitation to guide individualized interventions and support a confident and successful return to sport.

    • Includes three mental performance screenings, three 60-minute individual sessions with the athlete, two collaborative case consultations, and a personalized return-to-sport mental performance program.

  • Collaborative Case Consultation $100 (60 minutes), $65 (30 minutes)

    • Partner with Sydney to navigate complex rehabilitation and performance cases. We collaborate with clinicians to identify psychological and behavioral factors that may be influencing an athlete’s progress.

    • Includes a 30 or 60 minute meeting to discuss athlete barriers and mental performance recommendations to implement into the physical therapy clinic space.

Individual Consultations

$125 (60 minutes, Virtual)

One-on-one consultations provide a personalized space to identify mental performance challenges, strengthen mental skills, and develop strategies for performing at your best.

Sessions may focus on confidence, attention and concentration, performance anxiety, post-injury rehabilitation, motivation, resilience, preparation, goal setting, transitions, or navigating the mental demands of competition and high-performance environments.

Staff Education

$350 (60 minutes, In-Person or Virtual, Up to 10 people)

Learn to identify and address psychological barriers to rehabilitation and return to sport. Explore research on rehabilitation confidence, trust in the body, perceived readiness, movement avoidance, and other psychological factors. Develop effective communication strategies, incorporate mental performance skills, and apply these concepts through real-world scenarios.
